Updates list privacy notice
The data controller is Sebastian Narczyk, operating as SindralGame. Contact: team@sindralgame.com. With your consent, we use your email address and chosen language to send updates about the rebuild and reopening of Sindral. Subscribing is optional and does not create a game account. We also record the date and version of your consent and its confirmation. Data is handled by Supabase (database), Vercel (website) and Resend (email).
Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. We stop retrying a delivery request 23 hours after intake or preparation and remove it during daily cleanup. Technical delivery metadata becomes eligible for deletion after 2 days. Unconfirmed subscriptions expire after 7 days; confirmed subscriptions expire after 12 months or earlier if you unsubscribe. A daily task deletes expired records and spam-prevention identifiers older than 2 days. We do not store your full IP address in this list. Provider backups and logs have separate retention periods.
Emails are sent on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw it without affecting earlier processing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also contact us. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data and complain to the Polish data protection authority. Spam prevention serves our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. You may object to this processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
