Alpha test rules
Terms of the Sindral Alpha test
These Terms govern the free, open test of Sindral, available to adults. They explain what the test provides, what is expected from testers and how either side may end participation.
1. Operator and contact
The electronic service and the Sindral Alpha test are operated by SindralGame, represented by Sebastian Narczyk. Questions, complaints and legal notices may be sent to team@sindralgame.com.
The current test is open to any adult who registers. It is not a public release or a paid service.
2. Scope and test status
The service provides account access, browser-based gameplay, server-side progress and a channel for test feedback. The available content, balance, interface and service hours may change during the test.
The test is free. It contains no purchases for real money, paid rewards or cash prizes. Any Credits, Data, Chrom, items, ranks and other resources exist only inside the test and have no monetary value.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You may participate if you are at least 18 years old and can lawfully accept these Terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
One person should use one account unless the Operator expressly approves another test setup. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report suspected unauthorized access.
4. Starting and ending the agreement
After signing in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and accept these Terms before entering the game. The service starts at your request when you accept and enter the test.
You may stop using the service at any time. To request account and data deletion, email team@sindralgame.com from the address linked to the account. The Operator may end the test or individual access under section 9.
5. Technical requirements and risks
You need a current browser with JavaScript and essential browser storage enabled, a stable internet connection and an email address or supported external sign-in account. You bear your own device and connectivity costs.
Internet use carries ordinary risks such as malicious software, credential theft and service interruption. Keep the browser and operating system updated, use a unique password and do not share sign-in links or codes.
6. Tester rules
You must not:
- send unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or infringing content through feedback or any other input;
- attack, probe or overload the service, bypass access controls, distribute credentials or access another person’s account;
- use bots, scripts, exploits, multiple accounts or coordinated manipulation to falsify test results, rankings or the game economy;
- sell, transfer or commercially exploit an account, test access or virtual resources.
Report vulnerabilities privately through the in-game report form or team@sindralgame.com. Do not publish personal data, credentials or a working exploit.
7. Test progress and resets
This build is unfinished. Bugs, downtime, balance changes and incompatible updates are expected. Test accounts, progress, rankings, feedback fixtures and virtual resources may be corrected or reset when needed for security, data integrity or the purpose of the test.
The Operator will avoid unnecessary resets and will communicate a planned broad reset when reasonably possible. No promise is made that test progress will carry into Season 0, a future open beta or the released game.
8. Feedback and intellectual property
Sindral, its code, art, text, names and other game materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the test for its intended purpose.
You keep rights in original material you submit. By sending feedback, you grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to review, reproduce, adapt and use that feedback to develop, test and operate Sindral. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing work.
9. Suspension and termination
The Operator may temporarily restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect people or systems, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law or close the test. Where appropriate, the tester will receive the reason and a way to contest the decision.
Immediate action may be taken for a security incident, unlawful activity or a material threat to the integrity of the test. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Complaints
Send a complaint to team@sindralgame.com with the subject “Complaint”, the account email, a description of the issue and the remedy you request. Do not send a password. The Operator will answer within 14 days unless applicable law requires a shorter period.
A consumer may also use any out-of-court complaint or redress procedure available under applicable law. Contacting the Operator first is welcome but does not remove statutory rights.
11. Availability and responsibility
The Operator does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every defect in the Alpha test will be fixed. The Operator remains responsible to the extent required by mandatory law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms do not limit a consumer’s statutory rights concerning a digital service. Polish law applies, while any mandatory protection and jurisdiction available to a consumer in their country of residence remain preserved.
12. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be identified by a new document version and communicated in the service before they take effect whenever reasonably possible. A change will not remove rights already acquired under mandatory law.
If you do not accept a material change, stop using the test and request account deletion. The version and effective date shown at the top identify the Terms currently offered.
